    Fantastic addition to my kitchen!

    I had an anodized aluminium stock pot prior to this, and was disappointed to see the coating flake off of it, even though it had never seen metal utensils or a dishwasher. Having received the Misen 6qt Dutch Oven for Christmas and loving it, I was excited to get the stainless steel 8qt Stock Pot. I immediately put it to work in the kitchen, and it was an amazing experience moving away from the anodized aluminium on my induction cooktop. It cooked my meal flawlessly, and clean up was a breeze. It's heavy and substantial, and you know you're getting your money's worth when you hold it. I am looking forward to replacing all my other sauce pans with stainless as they start to reach the end of their lives.. I think my next purchase might be the Rondeau after my Kickstarter non-stick Carbon Steel skillets arrive this summer!

    Great Stockpot !

    Just as described, it is well made, heats evenly , and not difficult to clean afterwards. Love it for making soups and sauces where they simmer all day at low heat. Will buy other Misen components soon.
